The Lab Technician will work to inspect and ensure our on-site material is up to regulation quality as well as compile related data, into daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.  

• Test material daily
• Ensure constituent compliance
• Develop and maintain test result reports
• Maintain calibration of quality control equipment
• Perform inspections across all locations
• Evaluate data and draft reports, noting any relevant deviations from existing standards
• Identify areas for quality control improvement
• Communicate quality or compliance concerns with urgency
• Complete other duties as assigned

• Valid driver's license is required
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Microsoft Suite skills required
• Minimum of 2-5 years of inspection and/or production experience
• Strong working knowledge of various mathematical concepts including fractions, ratios, and proportions
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret information

• This position requires a flexible work schedule: nights, weekends, holidays, and/or overtime
• Must be able to climb, maintain body equilibrium, reach, grasp, bend and walk/stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to hear and see naturally or with correction
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Be subject to loud noises
• Be subject to atmospheric conditions - one or more of the following conditions that affect the respiratory system or the skin: fumes, odor, dust, mists, gases, or poor ventilation
